Even that fumble was a heisman moment lol. He had such hyper awareness there not only to recognize where the ball was, but also to reach out and grab that ball with a defensive lineman going for it as well.

Slade Bolden also stepped up and made some catches when Metchie got injured. I also like the way he uses his hands to catch the ball.

@2:49 on the "improvised option" play, instead of watching Robinson after the pitch, keep your eyes on Bryce the whole time. I didn't notice this live, but after the pitch, he doesn't just start patting himself on the back. He has the continued awareness to stay with the play and tries to lay a block. Amazing. Congrats to the Bryceman winner.

I watched Young play in high school at Mater Dei. He’s the real deal no doubt. There’s not a throw he can’t make on the field.
