Kung wala ka pa nito, sundan mo lang ako at idagdag ang mga timbang kapag mayroon ka nang magagamit. Mabibili mo ito sa sports center na malapit sa iyo o online.   • Ito ang best way para mapigilan ang panghina at pagliit ng iyong kalamnan para sa minamahal nating seniors. These exercise po will specifically target lahat ng major muscle groups sa iyong katawan to keep you as functional and as independent the longest possible time. Sundan mo ang video na ito at least 5x a week, I assure you mapapansin mo ang difference. Kailangan mo ng sumusunod (hindi ito mahal at magagamit mo ito ng ilang taon: ( mabibili sa sports center na malapit sayo or online) dumbbell (2 lbs or greater dependi sa kaya at comfortable sayo) (2lbs, less than 200pesos only) Finger gripper (less than 100pesos in Shopee) Ankle weights ( I used half kilo dito, pwede ka ding gumamit ng 1 kilo) theraband ( iba-iba ang kulay dependi sa kapal at resistance, mura lng din ito) I want you to be as functional and as independent as possible... mahalaga ito for your quality of life. Watching your exercises inspire me to buy gadgets you're using and follow you in youtube. I do line dancing in the US and still do it here and teach some women to get going.
