The first one sounds so fake. The boy has no name, the poker room is anonymous, not a single news outlet covered the "scandal". However, the bad beat jackpot sounds real because I remember reading an even more ridiculous case that did happen. Basically a poker hand was taking place, then 2 players were heads-up and one player NOT involved simply said, "Watch out, we might see a bad beat jackpot!" (or something similar, but you get the point). So the casino interpreted that as the player NOT involved as him giving "advice" to the two players in the hand, lol. That one can be googled
