SPRING Striped Bass Migration : Night Time FEEDING FRENZY

Published 2023-04-22
I hit the water around 2:30am to fish the outgoing tide and the striped bass were in full feeding mode, gorging on everything from bunker to swimming plugs to poppers…Awesome early morning bite. TSUNAMI CARBON SHIELD/PENN SLAMMER 5 was the rod and reel of choice paired with 20lb braid/leader…. Hope everyone enjoys the video and remember to hit the SUBSCRIBE button for future content and footage…. STAY TUNED 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

I was on Canarsie Pier 3 nights ago (too cold for the kayak). Bro bunker everywhere no blues but caught 4 big big stripers. Then the cops closed the gate I was like fudge it I stayed the night fished until they opened up in the morning lol! Good thing I got a mountain cot and a Neg 30 bag in my car. Now the blues moving in the bite gonna be different the spring was amazing.
