At least 300 people have been killed and more than sixteen hundred injured in Baghlan province. Thousands have been displaced from farmland that is no longer usable. The World Food Programme says many of those affected are already in 'hunger hotspots' and their conditions may soon become catastrophic.

Condemns Western influences, but wants Western aid. Sounds like double standards. I feel sorry for the ordinary people affected, but with the Taliban in charge, i seriously doubt that aid would be used appropriately.

Any chance of any aid getting to anyone needing it and not into Taliban pockets? Also, stop with the climate change BS, DW, as if floods never existed previously. You are ruining any credibility you still maintain.
