  • Brian Albert was not retired at the time of the offense. It was after John’s death that he retired, moved and rehomed his dog.
  • @GamersOver30
What got me was Higgins, after being told to preserve his phone, snapped the SIM card, and threw the phone and sim card away in separate dumpsters on a military base.
  • His brain injuries are consistent with blows to his temple areas, more pronounced on his left temple. His arm is undeniably cut due to multiple dog bites. And the FBIs experts (both have PhDs in physics related fields) testified that if the laws of physics prove that both his injuries couldn't have come from being hit by a vehicle and the damage to the vehicle wasn't from hitting a person. Boston cops killed another Boston cop, refinished the basement flooring, gave away the dog after it attacked another dog and two people (and have no idea where the dog is apparently) and sold their house. Then changed their numbers, deleted calls and texts, denied verifiable calls, changed their lies multiple times under oath and will likely get away with the murder.
  • @EmmaDee
I’d like to know what the neighbors REALLY caught on their ring camera
  • @EmJust
They never planned to pint it on Read but when she was out of her mind at the crime scene the opportunity presented itself. That is exactly why 8 of them met at that house later that morning.
  • @JayeEllis
I don't know what killed John O'Keefe, but I can say beyond a reasonable doubt, to a moral certainty, it was NOT getting hit by a Lexus.
  • What a shit show this case is. The entire investigation or lack Of investigation from start to finish
  • @mwood341
This is 1000% a case of a group of dirty cops eliminating the threat to their racket. I grew up near Canton and can affirm, those cops are corrupt af.
  • Ring camera footage was also tampered with at the Albert’s!!
  • They may have planned on painting it on the snowplow driver, but then they saw that she had a crack in her tail light and thought that was even better
  • @Natalie32star
Jen McCabe is Brian Albert’s sister in law. 😂 her sis is married to Brian.
  • Brian Albert and Higgins took iphones to military base, destroyed them.
  • Proctor (Trooper) Text with mates: Home owner will get heat? Proctor replied: Nope ... He's a Boston Cop too.
  • @bornfree0507
Proctor said horrible things about her. He claimed he was going to make sure she was guilty.
  • @pAusten
Brian Higgins giving investigator Procter a hard drive of his phone texts after deleting chosen texts is an indication of guilt.
  • @Realistic316
ummmm she is obviously not guilty… there is proof that the tail light was still intact on the camera… so, obviously someone broke it to try to frame her… why is there even a debate? 😂
  • Scary as hell that a jury can sit for months, listen to the same discrepancies that you outline in your video, and have yet to reach a verdict of not guilty after days of deliberations! Seriously, what are they debating? Any one of the evidentiary anomalies pointed out is enough to establish reasonable doubt, there are literally dozens of such anomalies. Unfortunately,a jury of our peers can often include members of very marginal intelligence!
  • They need to go after the real murderers and all their cases need looked into because this is disgusting.
