BF4 Bulldog draw time is slow?

Noticed this the first time I pulled out the Bulldog after incorporating the switch-jump-crouch mechanic into my gameplay (see Valewyn or Uniting's videos on BF4 movement). This basically makes the bulldog unusable if you want to use the weapon swap mechanic to keep your sights straight.

The combined clips at the end are synced on the first frame that the weapon's ammo info shows up in the HUD. The first clip is 1x speed the second clip 0.5x speed.

The Bulldog shoots 0.5s later.

    I noticed this almost as soon as I tried to use it, in this regard it reminds me a lot of machine guns. Maybe that's why it's very unpopular for me, because I really like switch bhop(or how it exactly called xd)
