Mr Francis, have stated that Elaine is a finely tuned athlete, who need special training and special medical care which MVP have successfully mastered however, neither Elaine or others in her camp, seems to realise how important this is! I think people need to listen when Mr Francis speak, because he is 99% right most of the time.
