how does this not have a billion views, the whole album combined is the only way to experience this

It's been too long since I listened to this album from beginning to end. I can't believe it will be 20 years old this year. I still know all the words. Going back I appreciate Billy Joe's singing voice. I think I took that part for granted back then. It's hard for older me to keep up with him singing along. I remember in September of 2005 they came to Iowa (where I'm from). I was 13. I called the local radio station to see if I could win tickets. I did everything I could think of. We didn't have a lot of money, but my dad knew how much I wanted to see them so he surprised me with two tickets. I remember Billy Joe mooning us. Lol. It just looked like a little white blob from our nosebleed seats. Maybe he did it at every show, but it was funny. "F George Bush!". Still really the only big concert I've ever been to. My dad will have been gone ten years this year, but we'll always have our time at that concert (and so many other good memories). Thanks daddy. I'll always remember that you did that for me

The gem that saved the sharty

Classic, this album and 21st Century Breakdown were the last Green Day albums I bought. Sadly it was all slowly downhill from there, but we will always have classics like this!
