  • Thank you Adriene to remind us all the true essence of yoga. I started the session with the intension on working superficially on body part's but you gently reminded me why I do yoga... To connect my mind-body-soul, to show self-love and to gain energy. XO

wow. at the end in reclined cobbler’s pose I put my hands on my stomach and... I wasn’t revolted. I wasn’t ashamed. for the first time in my life, I liked my stomach in all of its softness. I just laid there and cried happy tears for a while.

Think of the reasons you are strengthening your core “that aren’t toxic”. I really love how you said that, it made me think about the real reasons I should be doing core workouts and exercising in general. Thank you for starting my day off right and opening my mind.

"What are all the ways that a healthy core supports me that aren't toxic?" What a powerful and important question and thought! This almost had me in tears. You bring so much needed light and love into the world. Thank you, Adriene!

    - Day three of UNION 3rd of Nov 2023 Helloo, good to see you here, its Boo! Man, ngl i was SO close to skipping the practice, since its already close to midnight and i was hungry, but i managed to convince myself by thinking i'll only do a few minutes. Then 28 mins passed by, and i realized i actually did the whole thing! Im very glad i did, this session was very yummy <3 My dinner was also yummy, im not hungry anymore. Imma go to bed now ^^

"Appreciate your body and remember that we can focus on core and booty but we need to remember why, why we're doing it... What are all the ways in which a healthy core supports me that are not toxic, that make me feel good?" This meant so much to me and reminded me why I watch your videos. I can feel my relationship and trust in my own body is growing.

i'm a ballet dancer and i hardly ever feel anything from core/butt workouts because i have buns of steal but LEMME TELL U. I did this yesterday and there are muscles sore in my booty that i haven't felt worked out in YEARS. GOD BLESS.

22:33 this woman talking about self-love without explicitly saying self-love. I cry and feel ashamed that I tell myself all those mean things. I should love myself more. Thank you Adriene. Your videos always remind us what's important among all the noises these days.

Literally almost cried after hearing you said “awesome work guys”. Have been working all day and you were the only one that patted on my back. Thanks.

UNION ♾ | November 3, 2023 | My legs and glutes haven't seen this kind of intensity in a while now, so I have no doubt that I'll be feeling this tomorrow! 😅 But it feels good to start rebuilding some stamina and strength after a bout with the flu. Now I'm off to celebrate my son's 19th birthday! 🙏

Made it to the mat. It is hot. I did not want a long practice, even 28 minutes. Started. Come on Adriene, this is the same as yesterday's calendar practice. Kept going, undeterred, as it continued to be like Monday's routine. Then it dawned on me. I had clicked on that one again. 😝 Moved over to Tuesday and this nice practice. Process day 20. 289 days in a row.

What I really love about Adriene's videos is that she encourages us to eliminate toxic thought about body image. Yes we may be here to get a bigger bum or abs but she reminds us that it is not all about what our body looks like, but also the importance of being thankful for our bodies appreciating them for how they are. She also doesn't show off washboard abs or anything like some other fitness/yoga channels on here even though we can tell she had a beautiful slim healthy body. Instead she is encouraging to everyone despite our level of fitness or abilities. Thank you Adriene for your amazing yoga videos and for helping me feel better and more appreciative of my current body!
  • I love how my body feels after i finish and im laying flat on my mat. It feels like my whole body is sinking into it. This is incredibly important to me because im a recovering addict and its hard to feel like that without drugs but my yoga workout does it everytime! Thank you adriene. You are truly motivating me to work out every night and to push my body past where my mind wants to go!!!!
  • Soooo, push-ups, loads of squats and those ouch-y thigh pulse things...and yet I'm smiling, stretched, relaxed and feeling good?! Amazing Adriene strikes again!
  • Came for the booty workout, returning for the body positive message 👏👏👏 great sesh!
  • I know you probably get thousands of messages all the time thanking you but I need to write one more. Two days ago I was on the verge of a panic attack, couldn't breathe and felt like the world was falling down around me. I put on one of your videos to help and help it did. The alternate nasal breathing worked amazingly plus your calming voice and yoga routine helped me calm down an avoid a panic attack. So I just wanted to thank you and for helping me

Wow that was intense but terrific! Thank you for this awesome yoga practice Adriene, my body definitely feels more toned, and stronger after that. This will definitely be a practice I return to in the future. I hope you have a great day, see you tomorrow for more wonderful yoga practices. The Awesome in me bows to the awesome in you, Namaste my friend. 🙏🧡
  • @Peacie
Union day 3. A great and relaxing practice. I'm really proud of myself for completing the practice unlike the last time I did it😅. Thanks Adriene and everyone. Namaste🙏

I really loved that she focused on how working on your core helps your posture and back instead of the superficial reason on making the torso smaller. I also found myself enjoying the squats. I went very slowly and with my breath. It felt a bit like a tai chi version of squats instead of torturing myself.
