This is the final video on the rebuilding of the y-stern fiberglass canoe. This video has guidance on fiberglassing the hull exterior with epoxy and 6 ounce e-glass. The hull has to be sanded, faired and primed before paint. Since there was no structure to the hull originally we will add two new layers of 6 ounce fiberglass. Fairing and body filling is done with epoxy and glass bubbles and sanded smooth before the primer is applied. Two coats of Interlux Prekote Primer were applied to the hull with an HVLP sprayer.
