I was shopping at a Target in Fresno, CA a few years ago. I turn and look, there is Rashad Evans. I turned and said what the F#%% is Rashad Evans in Fresno?! He was there to support a local MMA fighter, shook my hand and then introduced me to , "meet the next big thing in MMA, Jon Jones". They were both very cordial and graciously spent a few minutes talking with me. Great memory.

I remember watching The Ultimate Fighter with Rashad and Rampage. Going into the season, I was a Rampage fan. After seeing Rashad’s demeanor and how he interacted with people around him, I became a Rashad fan.

Class from Sugar. He is extremely generous in his opinion on a guy who obviously has a lot of work to do. I started to type some really negative stuff about Jon but I remembered that I was once a lost soul who suffered incarceration and humiliation. I do genuinely hope this guy can find some peace and balance in his life.
