In this video we raise the springs to get the proper ride height which will give us 3" more ground clearance just like a lift kit installed. This shows how we have to do it on this Polaris Pro XP and how much more pre-load on the springs have to be added to achieve the results we were after. This UTV Side x Side will now handle so much better and will clear rocks and other obstacles otherwise that it would hit in the road. This Polaris Pro XP has the Fox live valve shocks with stock springs.

Great video! Are those the OEM springs from Polaris? How do you determine the ride height? Are you actually measuring the tire, as some tires vary from the markings on the sidewall? How did you determine ride height to be 15.5 when half of 32” is 16 + 1” would be 17”

Did you only adjust the tender springs, or did you do the lower springs too?
  • Why would you not replace the top springs or getting a drs. It can’t feel good driving it compared to how it should be feeling.
