    Thanx so much Dani, you always inspire me. I made your hummus platter a few days ago - so good! One of my new things is fruit compote with some coconut milk or cream - just soak dried fruits in boiled water for half an hour then boil it, I add some cinnamon and stevia and let it boil for about half an hour, and the flavors concentrate and it's delicious when cooled with the coconut milk. You can add yogurt but I'm off dairy for now as I am down with flu or something xoxox
  • Love that this wasn't a litany of forbidden foods. I lean towards how you are doing it. To say no bread, no potatoes just short circuits my mind and backfires, every time.

  • I've been following your plan for a while now, Dani, and it has truly helped me stay on track with my healthy eating. Prepping veggies for salads and snacks is part of my Sunday routine. I also hardboil a few eggs and poach/roast chicken breasts. I also bake two sweet or yellow potatoes, as I find them a great vehicle for chicken or even roasted asparagus.

  • Meal prep saves me as a mom and a runner. Track Tuesday and Taco Tuesday are not mutually exclusive because I can cook the meat and/or beans in advance. When I was in weight loss mode my favorite lunch to prep was a cauliflower fried rice bowl 🍚 with shrimp and light yum yum sauce on the side. Absolutely delicious and it satisfied my craving for Asian style food.

    Such amazing advice as always Dani. I have fallen out of a routine of preparing veggies and fruits etc, in advance. It really does make a huge difference to eating well and not feeling stressed when we come home after a long day at work and we are tired and we realize we have so much to do. Because of you, I am paying so much more attention to my protein intake at every meal. Thanks Dani!!!

    Great video. You are very inspirational and I am glad I recently came across your videos. I enjoy potatoes all the time. One of my favorite ways to eat them is the mini potatoes cut like coins, sprinkled with paprika and a little bit of popcorn sprinkle. Salt and vinegar is my favorite popcorn added flavor. Then air fry them. Thank you.
