In SPIDER-MAN 2, the latest installment in the blockbuster Spider-Man series, based on the classic Marvel Comics hero, Tobey Maguire returns as the mild-mannered Peter Parker, who is juggling the delicate balance of his dual life as college student and a superhuman crime fighter. What I love about thus fight scene is how "realistic" it is Yeah, you still have guys swinging between buildings and having mechanical arms, but if such things existed, this is how the fight would look like. There's no CGI, it's not over the top
