Thanks to my sponsors for helping make these expeditions possible: Rab, SunGod and The Johnston Quarry Group.
Thanks
Endless thanks goes to Himalayan Guides Nepal for their logistics and support. Same goes for Maddison Mountaineering who I used for Everest, Lhotse and K2. Big love goes to Lhakpa Whongchu Sherpa who stands by my side on all of these big expeditions and to Becks for trusting in me to guide her on this mountain.

Man's just climbed the hardest 8000er, and made it seem like a weekend trip instead of the menacing peak it is. Respect for you man, this is one of my biggest goals in life.
-
Most difficult summit in the world and this guys just vlogged it for us... UNREAL MAN!!!
-
To be at the Summit with light wind and no clouds is a lucky experience. Come back 4 hours later and wind speeds can be 50-100mph.
-
What really frightens me is how the people in the 50s did it without all the tech that we possess today. No fixed lines, no known routes, worse accessibility. Just mind blowing. Great video and well done!!
-
It's really crazy to think how the first climbers of all these gigantic peaks make it to the top without the safety lines, routes or hand ladders to assist them. It's simply mind-blowing.
-
This is the most calm, most realistic, least fear mongering K2 expedition video on the internet Stunning accomplishment Sir!
-
You just climbed K2, you gave all of use the experience rate. You also achieved a huge milestone and made it look so simple, respect.
-
I can't even fathom the strength both physically and mentally it takes to do this, unreal
-
Easily the best self-documented K2 video I have seen. No "over the top" drama, beautiful shots, updates on positioning given throughout, and no loud music ruining some of ambience of climbing! Awesome job and congrats on the summit!
-
Appreciated the very high quality video and the simple no-nonsense presentation. Impressive how often you had the camera out/on while doing very tough climbing!
-
AWESOME ,INCREDIBLE .THE MOST DANGEROUS ,DIFFICULT, BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT FOR A MOUNTAINEER...AND HE CARRIED US ALONG FOR THE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THIS MAJESTIC MOUNTAIN. THANK YOU
-
I've been going down the rabbit hole of K2 videos. Glad everyone made it up and down safe. This was such a calm perspective on a very dangerous mountain!
-
big congratulations on your two summits! By far one of the best K2 & Everest videos on Youtube!
-
What an incredible video, summiting K2 with no wind.
-
I feel so proud being a Pakistani that you guys come here and provide us the opportunity to serve you guys. This guy just climbed the 2nd highest peak in the world n made a vlog for us like he is doing sone weekend trips lol Big respect for you man

The view of the sunrise near the summit must've been absolutely breath taking in real life. what an experience
-
This is - by far - the most realistic video I've ever seen of the K2 climb. No over the top nonsense, no underestimating, just the true experience. Fantastic. Well done!

This is the best organized of many videos about K-2 and other 8,000m peaks. It shows stage-by-stage (camp-by-camp) with the intervening climbs, terrain, time, distance, and inclines included. Quite a feat to climb K-2, and keep presence of mind and cool to video the ascent as well. Calm and organized as you are, there's a ton of drama in all of it just getting as real a sense of what it is like, as is possible from watching a video! Other than praise for your knowledge, skill and talent ... you guys are NUTS!! Planning for years maybe, training, months out of your life for the climb itself, to get to the top at considerable risk, only to want to get down as soon as possible because the place is "trying to kill you!" as it were. I'd rather take a couple of weeks off with a snorkel kit and go to a place dedicated to making you comfortable and healthy (aka "a resort hotel"). You guys should try it sometime! P.S. The only ice you find there is in your drinks!

In my opinion Jon puts out the best alpine videos period. Always a positive attitude, he speaks with a team mentality, constantly points out landmarks, uses proper terminology describing the route. An absolute joy to watch!!

Big respect to you as an young black American from the south just started getting the history of Mount Everest and the story how brave of you to handle the mountain 300s deaths since 1920
