This is it folks, we FINALLY have the keys to our dream home in Ireland! We cannot wait to share this ancient traditional stone cottage with you, and we can now give you the full house tour!
It's going to be quite the restoration project, as we attempt to take this little Irish cottage back to its original state (with some modern comforts of course) but the plan is to use traditional as much as possible materials such as lime plaster and horse hair!
It's going to be quite the learning curve, and one hell of a journey, but we are hoping to make our little homestead as off grid as possible as we build a life in remote Ireland, we do hope you're coming along for the ride, something tells me its gonna get interesting.. hit subscriber to see how we go!

I'm a grown man of 52 this year and I will admit to having happy tears in my eyes watching this, your complete happiness and joy. I will probably never get to live my dreams so you go girls and live it for me, so heartwarmingly happy for all 4 of you x.

Congratulation girls. Myself and my wife we are Polish but living in Ireland for the last 20 years, so we call ourselves Irish by now :-) Only 3 years ago we fulfilled our dream of a house in the countryside. We are only 10mins form the next small town, but the house in nature is amazing especially having 3 year old twin girls which enjoy the surroundings a lot. Ireland is beautiful and people here can't compare with any other country they are just amazing. Weather could be better ,but you can't have everything in your life :-)

My tip is dont gut everything to start with, i did that and ended up taking nearly 2yrs before i could move in. I would suggest concentrate on the outbuildings, do the workshop you will need it, do the office space so you have somewhere comfortable in the day and evenings, dont touch the bath and the kitchen till last. Sleep in the van if worried about the mould, and then even though you are ripping the walls, try to concentrate on a room at a time. Obviously roof first but you know that already. Also the damp could just be as its empty.. if you get the fires working and heat clean and air it, it might be okay

The Excitement and Happiness you are both giving out in this video brought tears to the eyes of this old man. I haven't seen anyone so happy for so many years you two are just a joy to see. Thanks for allowing me to see how great life can be after all the stresses youve endured on the way to this fantastic day. Change the locks Lou. Em will never feel safe there alone without you putting a decent lock on the door. Grandad advice - always change the locks you never know who has been handed a copy of the old ones.

I’m 1st generation American. Dad from Co Tyrone Mom from Dublin. They brought all 6 kids from Brooklyn to Trillick Co Tyrone in 1970 to an old Station House in the middle of the country -no electricity. We survived and were stronger for it. This is a FABULOUS property you own girls!! Wow! Excited to be along for the entire journey. Lots of videos. We don’t care if they are unedited ! We want to see everything! ❤🫶🏼👏🏽🏡🛁🔧⚒️🛋️🚽🤸♀️

AJ & Summer literally acted like they knew this was their home. That was a joy to watch both of them getting inside for the first time.❣️ Summer is going to be the Queen of the Manor for sure. I have two leash trained kitties myself – Charlie and Kiva. I bet they would just love summer.
