“ the baby should be there” I lost it 😂

I'm the youngest of 3 girls. My parents talk fondly of the time when I was about 4 and we were on holiday they split up on a beach and each thought the other parent had me, only reuniting did they realise "I thought you had her" was wrong, and found me happily joining in with a random family's picnic. Fun times, I could have been abducted.

We were camping one time when I was little (I'm the youngest) the whole family had gotten out to look at this big sign that talked about nature and local history. But there were these older nice ladies with some nice dogs and I toddled over to pet them and hang out. My parents didn't notice and grabbed my two oldest sisters getting back in the van. To drive off a little way, only to suddenly realize that they had forgotten me. They hurried back and I was still there petting the dogs, not even noticing they were gone.

The most Edina Monsoon thing I've ever seen/heard

This is EXACTLY what happened to my youngest baby. We couldn't find her until she uttered a little sound and we homed in on it, found her all wrapped up in the comforter/duvet kind of waving her little hands around. LOL Scared the hell out of me, if I'm honest.
