So many people complicate The Ketogenic Diet…I am a firm believer that food can indeed heal your body. I don't try to sell anything, this diet can be completely successful with food alone and you can definitely do this on lower budget meats. I do, however, recommend electrolytes. When you eat a high carb diet your body holds water and when you eat a low carb diet your body releases water along with electrolytes. You don't need to buy expensive electrolytes if you can't afford them, just make sure the ingredients are clean and free of sugar. Pickle juice even works or you can make your own, just make sure your body is getting them.

I don’t take ketones and I don’t test where mine are at. I also don’t count calories or macros. That’s too complicated and time consuming for me personally (Not knocking it at all because it works for many others and helps to keep them on track.) I just keep my carbs low (around 20 total carbs a day) and I eat fat and protein. I don’t count those either. I just eat until I am satisfied. The way I feel, the scale and the way my clothes fit help me to know where I am at.

I don't have cheat days/meals...my health can't afford it.

I do have some discount codes to help others save money if you want to purchase different products, but again they are not necessary to be successful.

So don't feel pressured to buy anything. Just keep your ingredients clean and try to eat whole one ingredient, God given foods for the best healthy outcome.

I also like to link a lot of the products that I use in my videos here to because people ask where I get them.

This is my health journey, it may not work for all, I just feel compelled to share it.
Thank for watching...God Bless!

  • Oh I would love to see your little furbaby have a bite of some of that. He sure is a darling little furbaby. I can't wait to try this recipe. I hope I can find some soup bones at the store. Thank you for sharing and God bless.

How ironic~ I just finished some beef bone broth today also! =) This time I cooked mine down several times, over 2-3 days on the stove top (we're currently in the RV). I was looking at the meat, as it cooked down more & more & thought, hmmm~ maybe I'll eat it. I think meat this way has so much flavor because I continuously condensed the broth down to almost a beef syrup, added more water & did it again- adding a couple more shank bones each time. The meat was SO good! The bone broth is the best I've had yet. Just goes to show~ beef is where it's at, no matter how you cook it up! I had also saved a bunch of steak bones & tossed those in too for the last cook today. *Feeling super happy for your dog Paula~ lucky girl getting such treats💞
  • I have some beef and chicken bones in my freezer, and now my hankering for some broth is really strong! I've made the broth in a crockpot as well as my Instant Pot...I think IP wins today! Thanks, Paula...from Staci in Michigan
  • I had 2 tablespoons of my homemade apple cider vinegar. you need vinegar to pull the collagen out of the bones. And I use water and take all that grease spray paint put it in my bone broth so I can have the clean tallow when the bone broth is done. I don’t waste waste a darn thing.

I’ve purchased standing rib roast that was on sale. Cut off the rib bones and cut into steaks. Wonder if the ribs would work good for bone broth. I do save my wing tips and rotisserie carcasses to make chicken bone broth. Delicious!! When I strain my broth I use a large strainer with cheese cloth and pour into an 8 cup measuring bowl then I pour into my jars.
  • Yum, this looks so good, I love bone broth! I use my slow cooker to make mine, it makes my house smell wonderful :-)
  • Thank you for this. video. The packaged bone broth that is certified grass fed/ grass finished are so expensive.
  • I enjoy your videos so much. I purchased the air grill like you have. I would like to see a more detailed video on how to use it. I haven't used mine very much yet. Example once I'm finished cooking, I don't know how to turn it off other than unplugging it. The button is still lit up when cooking is complete. If I push the button (thinking I am turning it off) it starts up again. Am I missing something??? I have been pleased with it, but don't think I'm acquainted with it as well as I should be.

I salt afterwards , especially if i give my dog the meat. I know it could be considered a small amount, but i rather not take any chances
  • Hi! When I go to the blog site and click on the PDF for this recipe it comes up blank, I've tried twice now, any ideas?
