It's nice to show you fail to remind everyone of the kind of work that you put in to be the goat

You’re the realest for keeping that failed squat in that meant A LOT to me and I’m sure everyone else watching for MANY reasons! People even myself realize that when chasing something failure is a beautiful thing, it shows the effort and push we’re we’re making to surpass your limit (sounding like Yami I know) and makes it that much better next time to try that very same lift and conquer it! Everyone should strive for that feeling and mentality! 🫡💪🏾

i’ve seen the past 100 vids this man uploaded. this is the first time i’ve ever seen him fail a squat
  • Pretty wild seeing this kind of weight movin quick! even thought that 771 didn't go up, its respectable even attempting it. On march 10 Ill be competing for the first time and plan on hitting a 425kg total at 57kg bodyweight, lifting heavy ain't easy and I have a tremendous amount of respect for anyone putting in this amount of work and dedication to hit some crazy lifts. Great work Russel!

Big respect in leaving the fail in, most people forget that sometimes you need to fail to succeed in the future. I already know that weight is gonna fly at meet.😈

Great video. I love the way you not just show you moving heavy weights, but you showing yourself failing a big squat. We need more of real contents like this.

We love seeing you make things look easy Russ, but I think I’m not the only one but when I see you fail it shows me how human you are & honestly it’s super motivating to see…that bounce back
  • @andrewgray3073
Man this gives me hope and determination even when we fail a lift or have off weeks. It’s all about how bad do you want it . Don’t get down on yourself about failure. Comeback even harder the next time
  • @chrismurray5343
