When you walked over to the police car, the reflection proved the cop a LIAR and has ZERO HONOR. He states "I'm lighting you up because you're wearing dark clothes. " Reflection shows you had on a mostly white shirt and light-colored jeans. Blatant lies while violating constitutional rights under the color of law.

This entire office is extremely unprofessional. From the lazy dispatcher to Blooper Whitmore plus their Sergeant. Bad behaviour trickles down from the top down and leadership (lack thereof in this case) is shown by example. Complete fail 👎
