I pulled these two vintage electric mowers out of my neighbor's mini barn after they have been sitting for decades. Will they run?

They're both Sunbeams. First one (yellow deck) ran OK, but as you said the second one (green deck, pre-compliance motor switch) will definitely need some work done.

I believe the mower with the green deck was sold by Sears.
