THESE CAME FROM SONIC

Published 2024-07-19
I can't believe what I have received! I'm curious if I'll be able to do anything with these computers! Let me know in the comments if you have any ideas!

There is no affiliation between myself and the Sonic brand. This was purely a find and I have no intention of breaking into any of the computers. This was for entertainment purposes only.

I don't think I've ever been given any removed computers by a school or business. My college has an early 2010s Dell desktop in the Veterans' Center. We used it once for filming as a group.

whatever happened to the windows 98 laptop?
  • usually HDMI is not used due to licensing costs from the HDMI consortium. Also, I would imagine that they used DP over HDMI as the majority of the cabling for DP has "locks" on them to keep cables plugged in. We IT folk are a bunch of lazy bastards. ;) If we can spend our time on more important things than "are you sure it is plugged in" issues.

With the first one, you could boot into a usb, then rename some file in system32 and maybe you could cause cmd to open!
