"Find a terrible EA build" could be a dangerous drinking game, no matter which Sims game you're playing, lol. There are so many of them.

I wonder why EA never just invited players to help with builds. That starter home looks like it was built by some executive's kid on Bring Your Kids to Work Day. 🤣 Great job, by the way. You knocked the art deco look out of the park.

Stairs without a railing really bug me. Logically I know that the sims aren’t going to walk into the hole and fall down the stairwell, but it just doesn’t look safe.

I’m a sims4 player so I rarely watch sims3 content but this video popped up in my suggestions and I’m so glad it did! You are a breath of fresh air and i LOVE what you did with this house , Well done!
  • @tacklerry
They had to leave it like that, in order not to make new players depressed about building their very first house - "Omg, my house is better than the default EA one!" :face-red-heart-shape:😅 Great channel by the way, keep up the good work! 🍀

ugh that flooring at the beginning! i can feel it! poor sims feet! 😣
  • @melissalonla
I’m sorry WHAT is THAT 😭😭😭The outside is really okay but the inside is TRAGIIIIC I have never something this egregious in the sims

I might be wrong, but spiral staircases are more expensive than regular ones, so I usually get rid of them if I'm trying to save money (sometimes hard when there isn't much space!). I don't know how I'd play without Create a Style - you made the wallpaper look SO much better!
  • Roaring Heights map is set in the art deco era, which lasted until the 50's, you don't need to do an upper-class design for a starter home. You would've had more money if you focused on a lower-classed homes. Print furniture, floral wallpaper, dark wood tones, and tiled flooring. CAS could've been used more to make the base game furniture better. I would've swapped out that shower for a bath-tub. The outside of the house was well-done.
  • You get a bit more money back if you delete the floors and wall paper before you paint them. It’s a dollar or two per tile but it adds up fast. And I always use the cheapest tile wall for wall paper when I start out. CAS can make it all pretty. 😊 😊

I love Roaring Heights but as soon as you showed that house I remembered my reaction to buying it for my Sim lol the horror!!! It was so cute on the outside.
  • they way this house was originally furnished interior and exterior hurt my feelings:face-purple-crying: and I guess they didn't have kitchen sinks back then either?:face-orange-raised-eyebrow:

Nice work, fun to see you playing with the 20s art deco/Miami style! I really love the wallpaper you made for the living room, it works so perfectly.

ea-built houses usually are sooo sloppily built :/ i remember looking into one of pre-made ts4 get famous houses,,, some of the walls didn't even have paint lmao
  • @Lovlyb35
Me screaming at the screen "Sink" Cj in the kitchen 😂. But I love that design in the bathroom for the title that was nice. You did a great job renovating this house 🥰.

This video is so relaxing, you have a very palatable voice. I prefer to build in more antiquated styles myself and this video brought a smile to my face :) love the wallpaper and wood furniture. Surprised they made this house so open floor as in my experience older houses tend to be more boxed off with individual rooms instead of open spaces. Not sure if art deco is an exception though. Also, maybe green would have looked cool in the kitchen as well? May have tied it in with the plants in the living room. Fantastic job either way!!

I just downloaded this world and I looked at the houses, I already know which one this is gonna be!! I was like REALLY EAAA
