The noise, dust, and exhaust fumes have never lured me to attend such an event. Thanks for enduring it all for us.

I'm with you, the chewing in half of a car was mesmerizing. It reminds me of Survival Research Labs.

I like to think of monster trucks as the pro wrestlers of the automotive world.
  • I love monster mutt and monster mutt dalmatian. How the thing works: racing, donuts or bicycle, and than freestyle, I've been to one here in Virginia, Hampton Roads Coliseum is one of the most smallest stadiums ever

That hot dog looked like it had Leprosy. Most foul.
  • Monster Trucks we're a staple of my youth in Florida but I've never witnessed awesome on the level of a car shredding T-Rex. That was choice!

Watched this late last night. I'm no monster truck expert, but yeah, you didn't get that much of a show. From what I know, the major monster truck events are held in stadiums, not arenas. An arena floor doesn't offer as much space for the trucks to do their thing. Many years ago I went to a few of these shows in Minneapolis, as I was a big brother to a kid who thought it sounded fun. There'd be a dozen or so trucks, including the big names. (Wow, the rubes really went nuts every time it was announced that it was time for Graveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-digger.) The trucks would actually race in heats, going out and back, around flags or barrels. It was a skill competition of sorts, who could manuever their truck the fastest. The "freestyle" competition came at the end, where each truck was scored for its ability to perform tricks. Besides a line of cars, we'd see old school buses and occasionally old boats. It was amusing the first time we saw it. There would also be other activities in between the monster truck performances. One time it was a demolition derby. Another time it was motorcycle racers. Overall an amusing show for not a lot of money. If you ever get a chance to see one of these shows in a stadium, it's worth seeing one time. That dinosaur thing you saw, I never got to see anything like that during the few shows I went to way back when. Thanks for the video of that, and turning up the speed.
