Being another being similar to the Tuba Summoner but spell-centered instead of summon-centered, this boss is obviously a pain in the ass to deal with.
It's interesting that during his fight, the game changes to a 2d turn RPG dynamic. Would've not expected this from the developers, but it's a neat touch.

I absolutely love the nod to old retro games this section of the DLC references. It gives me hope that 2D pixel art games can come back with style.
