People. This work. I used in the past. I was in a rooftop, in 2006. Ruined, abandoned, alone, bankrupt. I look at the night sky. I visualized a window. Inside the window there was a woman, and kids. This exactly my experience with covert narcopaths. I no longer have that negativity draining my energy and have escorted them out of the exit door. Life is better the less demonized individuals are in it. Recognize people like this and act accordingly.
