You should try a gravity build next time you play the Convergence. From what I remember the gravity spells are some of the coolest.

I love that one God Slayer incantation that's called Deicide... Reminds me of the band of the same name. And it's also a wild spell to see in combat

This entire video was done at a professional level; I am surprised you dont have thousands of subscribers, but you single handedly have me excited to boot up Elden Ring again.

Man, with this mod I truly feel like I'm the Elden Lord, like literal GOD, the base game without it just makes me feel like a freaking FOUL TARNISHED all the time, remember Scarlet Aeonia incantation ? Whenever Malenia uses it, she levitates 50 meters above the ground, invulnerable and untouchable but me as a FOUL TARNISHED ? Levitate 3 meters above the ground and do shit damage then gets cancelled out of the spell by a common Troll stomps me like a roach and there goes the Scarlet Rot effect.

bloodflame, frenzy, dragon cultist, godskin, dragonkin (frozen lightning), gravity - the coolest classes to start with imo. also, nihil and apocalyptic flames for bloodflame and frenzy spells, are the most game breaking spells I ever used 😂 like aimbot with wallhacks for bosses too
  • @jackwilliams2673
Hey since nobody has stated it, you CAN actually find the serpent-killing spear- you just need to be transported by the Iron Virgin and kill the boss in that secret area. At the end you find the weapon.
  • @tomcaniff6437

  • @joelkryeziu4095
Loved the video bro! The ashes of war and spells looks insane! Not having finished the game myself it's also cool to see all the different bosses. Keep them coming >^^<

With patch 1.3, there is a new remembrance boss on Liurnia Tower
  • @ValomyrsLight
fun little fact for the mod: you can spell chain (most) spells so long as they are in the same school. Anyways, lovely video! Gonna sub, honestly :p

The problem I have is that you can only see the base game for the "first time", just ONE TIME. I've got very good memory. I love what they're doing with this mod, but it's going to take new maps and worlds for me to really replay ER :(
  • @itsagabe
I appreciate that games don't hve to change in order to match ideas brought forward by mods, but I'd love to see FromSoft's take on Convergence as a new game mode, perhaps one you unlock after you beat the game. Replay value through builds is very much a thing in vanilla ER, but it can be a slog to replay the game back to back with new characters. Convergence greatly improves replay value by diversifying starting locations and each class having different paths to improve their gear and skills. The remixed maps are a nice little touch as well. Still, FromSoft might be able to polish things up in a way modders can't, so an official Convergence mode could be a game changer fro ER's longevity. Not that Dark Souls needed something like this, but because Elden Ring is so vast and non-linear, multiple playthroughs can be quite the chore when you always start at the same place and might have to go through the game in a very similar fashion to your first playthrough in order to progress smoothly.
