    Hi Celine! Great vlog! I do know the finger test. I don't really use it a lot because we cook rice in our rice cooker. Healthy snacks are probably yogurt and yogurt and granola. Not too bad. I'm a big rice and noodles person, so your meals were pretty relatable! 🙂

    Thanks for sharing! I really struggle with Protein but I’m definitely going to try the coconut yogurt and the pancakes. And maybe I’ll give the Chia see pudding a try❤

  • Interesting What Celine ate in a day and with the chia seeds pudding it can be veganised with maple syrup and the yoghurt would either be soya, coconut or oat based on a vegan diet (just suggestions). Love 🥰 the video and love ❤ Celine.

    Celine! The lean and mean healthy eating machine. How are you? Your steps and eating has done well for you. Your skin looks great, you look happy and you look good! Whatever you're doing keep doing it. Spiritually Physically and Mentally. Food always seems to be a delightful part of your vlogs that I like. The presentation is top notch and it's well plated. My favorite was the stir fry with the beyond ground beef. I don't like rice. I like noodles instead. Your twin smoothie and tank top was hilarious 😂. You should've spilled a smoothie drop on it just for fun. My homeboy Bean looks like he had energy this vlog. I was like dude, was he power walking ?? Geesh. He must've gotten some good rest. You guys eat healthy meals. Keep doing what you do. I'm getting there. My go to lately has been a salad with spinach, arugula, cucumber,s, tomatos, some spicy tuna and a boiled egg with it. Guilty pleasure? Give me a good old fashioned burger, fries in the air fryer and a frosted mug of rootbeer. Well, it's time to go again but it's always a pleasure taking a chill moment on Sunday to watch your video. BTW if I haven't told you before your musical choices for your vlogs are excellent.     @Celinelikedion Hello Celine🤗. I really enjoy watching your food vlogs. I actually don't eat snacks as I feel full from eating 3 meals a day, but if I were to snack I would eat Greek yoghurt with fruit, stevia, flaxseed and cinnamon. Apples with cinnamon is such a healthy and tasty treat. I find that chia seeds really fill me up. For lunch, I usually have a wholemeal sandwich with avocado spread, mozarella, lots of salad and tomatoes. I am not a smoothie person because for some reason smoothies make me bloated. I think intuitive eating is the best way to one's approach to nutrition and you are so right what works for another person doesn't work for another person. I have tracked my food consumption in the past but it was to work out my calcium and iron intake for medical reasons. As for my guilty pleasure, it would have to be pasta. I could eat it all day. And Bean looks so adorable dazed. Also, well done on the steps. You are killing it with your healthy routine.👍🤗 Cheers Lara🐨🦘
