I mean I can honestly see them three become villains. Most villains are villains bc of their past. Deku was bullied and even told to off himself along with being told he can’t become a hero by someone he admires very much. Todoroki has an abusive father and along with the kettle incident. Bakugo is pretty much abused by his mom(there are scenes where he gets hit by his mom along with his mom calls him names) although she isn’t very bad to him, has been chained up making him seem like a monster(U.A sports festival), and I’m sure he regrets bullying Deku the way he did(I’m pretty sure he apologizes in the manga but I haven’t read it I’ve only heard stuff). So they all have good reasons to become villains
