  • I am 80 years and speak 6 languages at moment my memory very good, I started PBF 3 months, before I was 40 year vegetarian I hope to stay that way
  • Dr Barnard's recommendations, advice and explanations are excellent - there is a lot of dubious, ill conceived and wrong advice with regards to health / nutritional and dietary information etc being touted, promoted by others... My father had me when nearly 50 , spoke 3 languages , kept mentally and physically active and ate and drank everything in moderation of good quality. At 77 he left to work with my older Stepsister in an Orphanage in Burma ( Mayanmar) for 4yrs. He passed away peacefully at 93 yrs old. Nothing but respect for this Doctor and regards to the Host of the Exam Room.
  • I work in an assisted living, the food the company uses is pretty dead, there are salads and fruit. I work with the folks who do have dementia, the others are on their way. I worry about myself, I’m 68, I will be reviewing your info and making lists of things I should be eating. Thank you for your information.
  • I am from tropical country, I believe, the issues with palm and coconut oil has a lot to do with the weather, my both parents passed away in thier nineties, my mum cooked always with palm oil, they ate coconut, no memory problems..
  • Love Dr. Neal! I wish he could come give a presentation on nutrition to my nursing school! I think this would be so helpful for nurses and doctors to hear and incorporate into patient care. It's time to do away with that old-fashioned way of thinking and move forward!
  • You are very honest and help with your professionalism in every word. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH.WE LOVE THIS PODCAST..
  • this is the best podcast i have ever come across. you both are living legends!! RESPECT!

  • @trill000
I eat my cruciferous mostly raw now because I am always growing my own and they taste amazing fresh. Glad to know that raw cruciferous isn't harmful.
  • I really love this, thank you! Really liked the question-and-answer interview.
  • Soy was such a part of my diet I managed menopause without symptoms. Although I did have endocrine issues arise possibly due to the estrogen and processing of many soy products. Nodules formed on my thyroid and a diagnosis of Hashimoto. I have been cautious of soy products since and those nodules have been stable with no growth for nearly fifteen years. Blessings ~💕
