Given my calculations, I can say that the way FIFA calculates their speed is incorrect. I considered the last shot, at minute 7:30. Initially, I calculated the estimated distance from the center of the goal to the ball (center because the trajectory ends there) using the Pythagorean theorem. The final distance is 18.27m, similar to the 19m shown in the video. To calculate the time the ball takes to reach the goal, we can consider T(period) = 1/f(frequency), and the video is at 60fps, so this will be our frequency. There are approximately 15 frames where the ball translates from the starting point to the endpoint, so T=1/f โ 15/60fps = 0.25s. The distance covered in the video is 19m, but in this case, since we are in a parabolic motion, we assume that the height of the ball is identical to the height of the goal, which is 2.44m. The actual trajectory is โ(2.44^2 + 19.0^2)m = 19.16m. In parabolic motion, there are two velocities, one in the x-axis and one in the y-axis (Vx, Vy), where x = Vx*t, y = ยฝ*g*t^2. Let's calculate Vx = x/t โ 19m/0.25s = 76.0m/s. The true velocity, the magnitude of the velocity Vo = Vx/cos(ฮฑ). The angle of inclination is ฮฑ = cos^-1(x/hypotenuse) = 7.41ยฐ, Vo = (76.0m/s)/(cos(7.41ยฐ)) = 76.64m/s โ 275.9km/h (neglecting friction), not 151km/h. (I noticed that as time goes on, the ball increases its speed, which, according to the third law of dynamics, cannot move with uniformly accelerated motion because it lacks continuous forces. The only force is the one the player gives to the ball, and it's an instantaneous force, not continuous. Of course, the speed varies because the point object is subject to two velocities, one of which depends on the acceleration due to gravity. But at the starting point, the y-velocity is maximum, and as time passes, the y-velocity should decrease until reaching the maximum point of the parabola formed by the ball).

i've actually reached 198 km/h with a volley kick with the 90 rated odegaard sbc card in ultimate team. I also once did a very similar volley in kick off and got 187 km/h with de bruyne. Volley's seem to have some very strange power to them when received from a corner kick. They're either extremely powerful to the point where the keeper has no time to react or they aren't powerful at all. You should try this challenge again, i'm sure it's very possible, it's just about patience and being lucky

Tip: the ball speed is what it would have been if it was 50 shot power, the speed changes not the kph Oh and once i scored 174.1 kph in fifa 23 without speed
