When you attack Peru Bolivia you can transfer subject North Peru and liberate the other 2 subjects and North Peu will inherit the other 2 after the war so you can get 1 big subject out of just 1 small transfer subject. 7:49

Just FYI: when fighting Peru-Bolivia, you can just take the North Peru as a protectorate and have them release their two other subjects. This will give an event where all three form into Peru, essentially giving you all three for the infamy cost of just one.

A gameplay with belgium is an interesting idea, it's also a way of making a tutorial for people returning to the game for patch 1.7 That would be so cool.

For reference, if you were to liberate all of Peru from Bolivia, and transfer just the North Peru, you’d get all of Peru as a subject, with just the infamy of the north. Although this might be a little tougher with the subjects liberty desire now.

For the Achievement you need to take the Falklands from Britain. I forgot this when doing my playthrough and it took another 30 years before I had a navy strong enough to land it.

Is tenant farmers bugged? The description of it says that it disables migration for peasants specifically, which would imply that any non-peasant pops (being job seekers and unemployed) can still migrate within the country?
