  • Thank you so so very much Adriene! Thanks to your inspiration and wonderful teaching. I have committed to a regular, mostly daily home yoga practise for over two years and its thanks to you and your programmes. I have noticed a difference physically for sure (i was rocking the core today, something that i used to dread and hate but now do with a smile on my face!) but for me its been about connecting with my spirit and my breath (so this practise was spot on!) and how its carried off my mat into my consciousness, the way i treat others, deal with my emotions and being able to observe my actions and reactions on a daily basis. I thank you in my 'gratitude practise' i have at the end of every session in shavasana / meditation; you are in a star studded line up of the tools of yoga, the Universe and Spirit :D So so much love to you and gratitude, keep up the amazing work sis*star, you inspire so so many people. Arohanui (lots of love and community) from Aotearoa! (New Zealand) Please come visit here someday! I live in the paradise world of Wanaka and you would be a welcome guest anytime :-) xxx

I know this is a very old video but I'm still going to comment because it's one of my favourite yogas (if that makes sense lol). Today I wanted to do something that challenged me like a workout but was also calming and relaxing. As always, Adriene came to the rescue. Thank you so much for always being there for me Adriene, you deserve the world ❤❤❤❤

There are days when i just don't feel like doing yoga. Today i've come to the mat, did 18 minutes of the practice and stopped the video, i simply couldn't continue to follow it, it felt wrong. I'm writing this as a reminder of Adriene's words "Find What Feels Good". Yoga doesn't always feel good and that's OK. I'm still proud of myself for doing yoga almost daily for over a year now! I notice how my mind and body get stronger with every practice. Thank you, Adriene!
  • Adriene, I am celebrating my 71st birthday with your class. I am so very grateful to you. Your happiness and positivity gives me hope, love and gratitude. XOXXO

How is everyone today? I have to admit I was really resistant looking at a 36 minute practice today. I thought to switch out but then remembering this is the last day of Move, I said to myself, no, let's do this. Still, I looked at how much time was left twice during the practice. Honestly, it is just a reflection of what is going on. It is taking me longer to get student essays checked and reports turned in. Some emotional elements as well, attempting to drawing the mind back. In the past, I have allowed life situations, body sensations and emotions to derail regular practice. It is the reason I keep track of the days now. I find a little added motivation from doing so. Doing today's practice, as always, actually strengthens the ability to get the more mundane tasks done. So we work through resistance and see light on the other end, even if just a glimmer. Still not loving runner's lunge. I feel tight every single time. I modify, try to feel into the pose, but honestly, I just want to meet the day it feels smooth. Right now, I cannot see that. Reminds me of what a zen master once said. "Try, try, try, for a 1000 years." See you tomorrow as we renew. 🙏 Move day 31. 178 days in a row.
  • Hi Adrienne. I'm a psychotherapist and I often refer my clients to your channel. The feedback is always great. :-) Just wanted you to know that you are making such a positive impact on the world, thank you for everything that you do!
  • @nf2190
Can you please do a yoga for weight loss 30 day challenge?
  • @williamb7275
Ah, the surrender at the end felt so good. Early on when Adriene started off three, two, one...I dropped my knees as she started to say lift off (into downward dog), lol. 😝 Later, I had to ease off occasionally because my left outer thigh was tight but otherwise, no issues. Enjoy. Cultivate day 21. 321 days in a row.

Thanks Adriene! I'm a doc in Canada and was starting to be overwhelmed, contaminated (!) by fear and apprehension this morning. This yoga not only helped me get an endorphine boost but also you managed to peace my mind... the last minutes of this yoga, your words were, today, the very best thing that could help me find back my balance. Thank you for everything you've been doing these last years.
  • @saturniin3
Beautiful. I did this practice today in my dad’s garage with the rain running down the skylights. He passed away last July and I felt it was a good way to connect with him. I’ve not really been in here much since he died but today I felt quite close to him. Thank you 🙏🏼
  • @lmatsueda
My second time through this practice and today I did the hip dips. All of 'em! I am getting stronger every day. Not bad for a senior citizen.
  • Hello Adriene. Just wanted to let you know that these videos of yours are still helping women like me. I am a 54-year-old working mother from the Philippines who, since I started "taking" yoga with you a year ago, in combination with intermittent fasting and a pesco-vegetarian diet (mostly!), has been feeling better, lighter, and more energetic. Thank you. I love how you guide instead of drill hehe, and how you've made yoga accessible and open to us who cannot afford to enroll in yoga classes. Thanks and God bless you!
  • @sachini5344
Today is my birthday, and I was gifted a yoga mat (I asked for it haha). This was a great first practice on my new yoga mat, it really helped with my knees and allowed me to give my full attention to the practice. Here's to many more on the yoga mat. Have a great day everyone!
  • am i the only one who screams back namaste girl! at the end of every practice because THANK YOU ADRIENE you are a life changer.
  • @enolaholmes3309
"COUNT FASTER, ADRIENE!!" - me, whenever we hover, plank or do ab exercises but you saying this out loud me LOL so the seconds were over before I knew it!
  • @camelia9616
Since I got my, oh so lovable, menstrual cramps this morning, I was sort of dreading this one... But I refused to finish MOVE with another video, so I did it anyway. If my uterus thinks it can stab me each month while i'm just curled up in pain, this time, here, enjoy some core in fire :D And for anyone wondering, it did help with the pain. Namaste. ♥

So, Almost April, Feeling excited. March wasn't my best month but I'm still here, still loving my practice, still loving this community, looking forwards, sending love and positive energy out to everyone, ❤️🙏 x
  • @EclecticAlu
"Surrender to something that's out of your control" Exactly what I needed to hear. 🙏
  • @orla234
Adrienne, since I started your 30 day revolution practice on 1st January this year, I've lost 15 pounds but gained so much more. It has truly changed my life in so many ways. Aside from the physical benefits, I am so much more aware of how to be kind to myself and nourish my body with things that feel good. Thank you so much for this I am so grateful 🙏 namaste!

Today I struggled to move with my breath and as always, I worried that I wasn't doing it correctly. Stray thoughts came into my mind. I felt impatient. But my feelings today were part of my journey. I showed up today and I will show up tomorrow too. It's a "practice" and not a "class" or an "exam" for a reason. Adriene has taught me so much about accepting where I am.
