Back in the day, this area was where the Sapporo beer company set up shop to produce Yebisu Beer. I am always kinda fascinated how melty egg gets served in Japan. You can´t even get a smooth boiled egg at a German hotel. The only option is fully cooked.

When I went to Tokyo in 2017 I stayed ebisu small airbnb studio and loved it so much. There was so many cool places but also where we were was so local and quiet

The first sandwich, cheese/egg sandwich looks sooooooo gooooood!!!! I've been to Japan many times and I miss the egg salad sandwiches from the 7-11 --- talking about comfort on the fly food of course.
