Don't get fuel line above 536 degrees (The flashpoint of gasoline) Racing fuel line melts at 375 degrees so that probably won't happen and definitely don't turn your heat gun on if gas fumes are present! If you smell gasoline don't even try this trick the gas fumes could get sucked in the back of your heat, gun flow past the red hot coil and ignite! I've never seen anybody use this trick so I'm thinking I invented it. This works on all hoses including radiator and heater hoses. Two extremely handy tools. 3 pc set at HF for $14.99 and heat gun at HF for $19.99. Both come in handy in dozens of different ways. Good tip, CF.
