I remember a roommate went to Mexico without telling me for a month and when i called for their half of the rent they mentioned they weren't living in the apartment for the month so they don't have to pay. WTF.

Tarnished pans😮?!? Also, even if the Defendant stayed with her mother post surgery, how would that mean she wouldn't have to pay her portion of the rent? That's like saying, "I'm going to Hawaii for 2 weeks. So, I'm only paying half of the rent this month". 😂
