The NFL needs to do this every year. This is heartwarming to see, and it really humanizes these players that we get to watch every Sunday

In some of these guys eyes all you can see is the pain, the hurt, the struggle, the adversity, the obstacles, the discrimination, the hate, the doubt, the trials, the tribulations, the grind, the sacrifice, the resilience and them overcoming the odds. Bless these young men

I struggle with “not wanting to be alive” thoughts and dang seeing all these videos of loved ones and players connecting is so amazing to see. I wish I could be this open with my feelings with my family and vice versa but I’m not very good at it. I always get shy or nervous just with expressing my true, genuine feelings without crying. I’ve been struggling with a lot and those not so nice thoughts have been going on for 9-10 years or so now, every single day, but I finally was able to tell my parents about them this year so that’s a step in the right direction. I’ve been to therapy about them and other things and I have a great support staff but seeing loved ones being this open and honest is amazing. It’s so important and special
