I've often thought Ben was given to us as a divine compensation for the oncoming Apocalypse. Now it turns out Micaela has been given us so that she and Ben can doubly melt our souls. My gosh, I've never heard anything that matches the radioactive beauty this cast generates! I feel consumed with the power of it!

This show was absolutely incredible. I hope hope hope they choose to film it and make it available to a wider audience who might not have the means to travel to NYC. ❤

Please try to see this show while they are both still in it. Their voices soar in this clip but they really raise the roof in person. The show is so moving and heartbreaking.

Ben Platt will always make me cry and yet he’s like one of my top 3 celebrities and I’ll follow his career where ever it goes because nobody is doing it quite like him. The amount of commitment he puts into everything he does is astonishing and he always picks projects that are so deeply moving for me. I can’t wait to see this show, even if the cast album made me cry hysterically this morning when I was getting ready for work.

There is such clarity in Ben's voice and enunciation! That clarity is especially and uniquely prominent the moment he starts singing in the show, where his singing is inevitably compared against the other cast members'. Mind you, the rest of the cast can certainly hold their own very well. Ben's voice just raises the bar to another level.

Just listened to the new recording....it literally outstripped original. And I liked the original. This recording makes me want to see it.

I have loved this musical for years and am so happy wto see the revival be well-received! Bravo Ben and Brava Micaela!

This show is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I saw it two days ago at the Sunday matinee and I can't stop talking about it and telling all my friends. The music is beautiful and meaningful. Ben and Micaela have glorious voices. Their duets moved me to tears. The whole talented cast is likewise wonderful and mesmerizing. * People - GO SEE THIS SHOW! * Can't finish this post without saying thank you to Sean who played the governor who autographed my program when I requested him to "sign for an old lady" (I am such) after the performance. Bravos to the whole cast. It was worth the trip from Vermont to see you.
