Published 2024-06-16
Lots more beauty in the garden this week, a few new containers, and things feeling like they are starting to come together.

Come along, for a casual stroll through the garden.

At first when you said “lime emergency” I assumed it had to do with the acidity of your soil 😂 but I agree, it’s hard to enjoy a proper G & T without a lime.

Erin, I really enjoyed the garden stroll. I like the casual feel and the pace of it. I get a lot out of your comments on the fly. Thank you❣️
  • “Purple bell vine I grew from seed,” she says casually as if that’s no big deal.
    It all looks amazing!
  • I can’t get over your hydrangea on the shed/garage! It’s ridiculously beautiful!
  • I love how you are so open to change when plants unexpectedly do not return from last year. And it really adds a lot when you explain what you did have last year and what you are renewing the space with this year. That is absolutely relatable and appreciated!

Yes! "It won't flop this year". As gardeners we have to be optimistic, otherwise we wouldn't plant anything 😊
  • You’re my favourite gardener to learn from as our circumstances are so similar. We have deer, bunnies, rural large property, full-time work away from home and share the love of sipping a frosty beverage while strolling the garden 🙌🏻. Im trying to be a better gardener and have learned so much from you. Thank you for being such an inspiration!

I appreciate these videos so much. Long, "fancy" edited garden tour videos are great too, but I LOVE seeing the weekly updates. You have so many plants and I feel like the frequent tour videos makes it more likely you touch base on every one of them over the course of the season. It also really gives each one a time to shine/give viewers a better picture of what the plant looks like in the real world over the course of the year lol. Great work!
  • I love the way you look that’s the way we all look as we’re watching you!
  • Hi Erin, thanks for the tour. It’s lovely as always! Love rosy teacups.😊
  • @Cmash5195
These informal garden strolls are the best! You have so many beautiful less common plants in your garden. Very inspiring!
  • Watching this video was such a beautiful way to start my Sunday. Thanks

Your house, your neighborhood, and gardens are all so beautiful, Erin. ❤
