"He's a friend from work" will always be the most iconic funny line for me. The fact a Make a Wish kiddo suggested it makes it so much better.

I as a grown man cried when Yondu died while helping Peter to live on, saying “He may have been your father, boy, but he wasn’t your daddy.” Michael delivered the line very believably.

Then Wong is later listening to Beyonce.

Give credit to all those actors playing reporters at Tony Stark’s press conference. That line wasn’t in the script but they all went for it and reacted perfectly.

Get help will always be the funniest scene ever to me, and knowing it was improvised just makes it even better 😂😂

Wolverine drops the first F-bomb... when confronted by people thinking they're above him. Yeah... that was in character level of response.

Thing is that last one is like theater 101. At least when I was in a children’s theater program at the ages of 6 to 10, our teachers taught us to not only memorize our lines but a couple lines before and after our line. Not only does it ensure that you know when to say your lines, but if the other person has a brain fart you can improvise in character to help jog their memory and keep the show going. On stage, you can’t stop the show if you forget what you’re doing. Everyone has to be able to step up and support each other at a moment’s notice to keep everything running smoothly. It’s just a basic skill that you learn from doing stage acting.

Adding a line from a Make A Wish child recommendation...Priceless! Great stuff!

I'm impressed with how much improv there was and how it all helped make those movies great!

Had no idea Robert Downy Jr. when he said, 'That man is playing Galaga!" was improvised. Did not know many of these. Pretty amazing actually.

The distraction dance scene in Guardians 1 will always be a favorite. Improved on the spot by Chris, no one else knew it was coming and the ensuing reactions are genuine. This is why I love the MCU cast, they get along so well and have such good chemistry that when one of the comedians in the cast does something spontaneous, the reactions are gold and the scene still works

The "I don't want to go" line was especially impactful for Whovians (fans of Doctor Who). Great video!

6:14 The look on Tom Hiddleston's face (Loki) is in character but is mostly the look of an actor totally in awe of Anthony Hopkin's delivery. He instantly recognized it how incredible it was, delivered by an absolute master.

I love the comedic moments in Marvel movies. And Thor Ragnorok is by far my fave!
  • @lorifenner4048
This is hilarious, thanks. Being a nerd, I have to point out that Loki was not Thors stepbrother, he was his adopted brother.
  • @kimothy1701
Definitely Sean Gunn cracking up and Tom Holland was channeling his inner David, Dr Who, Tennant’s, “I don’t want to go”.
  • @goldiloks08
“When the Marvel cast goes off script” entire Iron Man 1 movie

I think that when actors are allowed to improvise - that's when the real magic begins :)
