In this special episode, I dive into my first-ever classic car restoration! This is the first episode in the new series called “Crossroads Rebuild Classic Edition”. Today we dive into a 1955 Chevy Two-Ten coupe. This one has a special family connection, and I’m excited to begin working toward getting it back on the road. The car has been parked for 40 years! Let’s see if we can get it started again.

Glad to hear you plan to keep it original. I'm so sick of seeing LS swaps on cars that run fine on the original power train. This is a nice well preserved 55.
  • @SneakyxDrags
Love this car! Actually have an original 55 jacket that went with my grandpas 55 but unfortunately he has dementia now and my family sold it before I had a chance to get it. Been in my family forever
  • keep it as a survivor, just clean the paint fix seats and leave the 6 and on the tree. Anyone can have a restored tri five I KNOW I have one each of the tri-fives restored but none that is a survivor and when I SHOW more people look at the survivors than my restored ones when something like you have shows up
  • Keep at it. That car deserves an “update”. Those 55 Chevys were always in my dreams.
  • @Kunt5113
I like how original it is. Just clean it and fix what ever it needs.

No lie!…yesterday I scrolled by your YouTube and was wondering what happened? And BOOM 💥 here you are! Whoop whoop!
  • I’m so glad your back! Looking forward to the new content!🎉🎉🎉

I have a 55 210 survivor. I was at a car show and a little boy wanted his mom , to take a picture of him sitting on the front bumper. There was a fully restored one next to mine. But not he wanted the picture of mine as rough as it was. Made my day!
  • @JMRRebuilders
Love it brother. So glad your back and getting after it.
  • Oh my, amazing. Just clean it up but please leave it as it is. All original. Thank you for sharing.

I had a 55 Belair 2 door coupe when I was in high scholl. It was a 6 cylinder automatic Turqouise and white . Wish I still had it. Great video ! I look forward to more of them.
  • Great car, I'm with your sister. Keep it as grampa bought it.
  • Those 235 are such good engines. Could sit forever and would still run😊
  • Great to see you are back and with an incredible project. Keep the great work my friend.
  • Beautiful 210 post 55 Chevrolet, that car is Solid. Love to have it!! I had a 54 from Tennessee had 62.000 original miles took it Down To Steel. Always wanted a 55

Awesome!! 235 engines were unstoppable. The 55 210 or DelRay had the best interiors IMO. They had leather door panels while the mor premium BelAir had cloth door panels. I myself much prefer the leather. I also like the 2dr sedans over the hard top models. You're so lucky to have this Chevy. It would be a dream come true for me. ❤
