  • 1: set intentions before bed 2: place alarm clock across room 3: brush your teeth 4: drink a glass of water 5: get dressed in your workout clothes Lifesavers: - Silence - Affirmations - Visualizations - Exercise - Read - Scribe (Write)

life hack - The quote on the first hour of the day "if I strive to make that first hour optimally productive, the rest of the day tends to follow suit" can be applied to Mondays too - if I crank out work and am super focused and productive on Monday it sets me up for a strong week. Stay away from the "I hate mondays" crowd lol

The hardest part is getting out of bed. I think the main reason you don't is that you don't have a good enough reason to. One great takeaway from this video is to set your intentions for the next day and contemplate that goal before you drift off to sleep. If that goal matters to you enough, you will definitely find a reason to wake up early 💯🙂
  • What helps for me is this routine: 1: Wake up (no social media etc) - Sit up straight and comfy and meditate, I like to use a 5-10 min session ✅ (longer ones make you tired again in my experience) 2: get up and make my bed (make it look as in a hotel) 3: I see the toilet and instantly go shower, I end up putting it on 10 degrees at the end which (trust me WAKES u up instantly) 4: Make a good breakfast, and drink a nice thee. 5: (up to you) This routine has changed my life, productvity, makes traveling cooler too. Instead of sleeping to long in a Hotel room. You now have the power and routine to Explore. Goodluck hehe Im passionate about this too, have a great day! Thanks for this video its very nicely put together 🙏🏻👌🏻
  • Hey, YouTube algorithm...BLOW THIS VIDEO UP!!! Brilliant editing!!

I feel like adding 2 more things to consider: 1) you can't wake up early if you don't go to bed early. You should also have a night routine that helps you relax (take a hot shower, read, no phone one hour before going to bed) 2) If you are used to waking up at 11am it is unlikely that you'll get up at 6am easily. I set the alarm a little bit earlier every week, like 15 minutes, so that I train my body slowly

  • I’m lazy. I mean, i’ve always been. I was told I was "smart" when I was a kid which resulted in me never lifting a finger at school. I’m also terribly organized. Could barely walk into my room because of the amount of clothes on the floor. Now i’m in college, my flat was a mess, dirty dishes in the sink for days, always pushing everything to the last minute. No studying done, nothing. And for the past 5 days (it’s not much but you gotta start somewhere), i’ve been washing the dishes straight away. tidying up my shit, making myself go to the library (although to be fair, i’ve started that a couple weeks ago). Making my bead. I’m actually committed now. The last step is exercising regularly and waking up on time. I’m a work in process but i’ve been mad at myself for too long. I’ve been saying i’ll improve as if it was gonna happen on its own for too long. Enough is enough. I’m making a change and it’s happening right now. I’m sick of wasting my time. Sick of being ashamed and finding excuses. This might be the beginning of me completing the last steps. I’m thinking going for a mile every morning isn’t so far fetched. If I think about it, i’ll update this and we’ll see if i’ve gone back to my old ways. Biggest help so far has been deleting tiktok. Cheers everyone

I don't know how this video didn't get thousands of views yet, it's extremely perfect!, the editing and how you explained the book is incredible! even the music choice is perfect and you're replying and liking every comment which is so sweet, i hope you continue making these high quality videos I'm proud of you <3
  • I finally nailed my waking up routine. I woke up consistently before 7am for 25 days straight!
  • Great video! My 17 year old son shared it with me after taking action on his own after watching. Thanks for adding content that reminds us we are not without agency to make our lives better with small actions. You’ve got something great here, please keep making films. I enjoyed the pacing, clear and calm speech and quality of editing and visuals.
  • this video made me cry.. because it’s so beautiful, real, hope-giving and yet so underrated. you’re amazing. you deserve not only more but the world !
  • INCREDIBLE Video - the editing, the plot, the reflections. The amount of work you put into making this video is impressive. And what’s best is that it doesn’t seem like a “try-hard” effort - you come across as very genuine, transitions are smooth and the narration follows a logical order. I really keep my fingers crossed for the success of your channel! Keep up David and dream big

thank you for sharing david. I definitely needed this since I struggled the past couple of weeks with my morning motivation. I really like how honest you are about your own morning miracle and that you sometimes struggle with it still. I also like your suggestion to just take one minute for each excercise. I really want to try this from now on!
  • Your editing and everything you've put into your video is super pro quality. Keep at it, man! This video on its' own was super inspiring.
  • I’m in love with the alarm clock idea! So gonna try this!!!!
  • @GloriousGrunt
I went from 8:30am to 5:30am easily, my secret? Putting my alarm in another room, forcing me to get out of bed and walk to it, the further away the better. works 95% of the time (winter is hard to not go back to warm bed for another 20 mins haha) Edit: I see that is step #2 :)

  • this is honestly such a perfect video! the way you describe each and everything with such minute details makes it seem so much easier and doable. And the quotes you inserted in between are just awesome too! thankyou so much for this video :)
