Just boil the beef tongue and cook it in the oven and you will love the result. Delicious beef tongue is a traditional dish. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

beef tongue.
Pour cold water over it and let it steep for 20 minutes.
Put in boiling water.
2 onions.
1 carrot.
2 tablespoons of salt.
3 allspice.
A mixture of peppercorns.
3 bay leaves.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
Leave in cold water for 10 minutes.
Remove skin and trim excess fat.
Cut into pieces about 1-1.5 cm thick.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place half of the sliced pieces of tongue on a baking sheet.
1 red onion.
1 tomato.
Some parsley.
Salt.
Black pepper.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Spread 2 tablespoons on each piece.
Grate 100 g of cheese on a fine grater.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
300 grams of mushrooms.
Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Fry for 30-40 seconds.
Add 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce.
Fry the mushrooms and lightly caramelize them.
Everything is ready.

  • Мне нравится просто отварной язычок, отваренный в подсоленой воде. Специи не добавляю, т. к. у языка очень приятный свой аромат.
