nice setup. Myself I have killed the idea of a traditional "living room" and have it turned into a music studio on one side and art visual creation on the other side. It is a constant battle with keeping or chucking it. I have so many doodas and stuff that are to me cool but in the bigger picture they take up too much space and are a pain when the lease ends and I have to move, every 12 months. Oh yeah I'm in Canada, the land of exurbanite rentals and shit minimum wages.
