Moving Back To LA with Shane… An Intense 24 Hours

While I miss y’all in LA and the LA house, nothing will compare to how happy and refreshed y’all seem in Colorado ❤️

After seeing ya'll in Colorado, LA just feels... done with. I cannot really have an opinion as I don't know how either of you really feel, but it's like LA just doesn't suit you anymore. (Maybe more so Shane, he seems to have really found home in Colorado.) You are both growing and thriving in your new environment and I love that! It feels like watching two friends who have had a hellish couple of years find some real happiness. Sending love to you both in whatever you do<3

I definitely vote to sell the LA home and be DONE with that dark chapter. You both seem happier and more positive in Colorado ♡

I too don’t know the whole story, but from what I have observed, your life in Colorado just seems calmer, happier and more authentic. I am with team sell the house. You can always make LA a vacation destination rather than an obligation. As you start a family it would be nice to simplify your life rather than add stress of maintaining a second home. I hope whatever you decide helps you to continue on this healthy and healing path.

Of course it’s weird for Shane, he experienced some of his darkest days in that house and returning there can make it all come flooding back. But you know what? You got through it Shane. I’m proud of you. Whatever you decide, it has to feel right for you. Trust your instincts, yes, anxiety will get in the way, but trust the part of yourself that leans towards the positive. Renting out your LA house when you're not using it sounds like an amazing idea! It also means you still have the option of visiting it whenever you want but it is not just sitting there empty deteriorating when not in use. I can tell Shane is getting bad vibes from LA because of all the toxicity that has occurred there and that Colorado feels like a fresh breath of air for the both of you. I also understand that Ryland may not be fully done with LA yet. It is definitely a tough choice! Also, you're brave for going on such a long road trip with the animals and they seem to have done so well!

I appreciate Shane's editing so much. All these surprise gifs/movie clips being inserted at just the perfect time really elevates Ryland's videos to a higher level of entertainment. <3

If it was possible, I think turning the LA house into an Airbnb would be a great idea. That way you guys still have it when you want it, but it's still getting used and isn't just sitting empty.

I am team sell the house. I have never seen Shane’s mental health so on a genuine high. I have never seen him so happy. The home in Colorado is gorgeous too. I think California life will take its toll on both of you, and mental health will go down. It’s good to have seasons. COLORADO!

It honestly feels like California and the LA house are over. You've been there, you made your memories, and you've moved on. It's hard to let go, but it's time.

I get the nostalgia and clearly Ryland lives for LA... But honestly my favorite people to watch are the people who have left LA. People seem so much more real and happy outside of that lifestyle. Maybe clear that house out more, rent it out and keep a few weeks open each year for your own trips... But in the end it comes down to what will make both of you happy together. Good luck!
