Due to my concerns about now having a instant voltage rise with the HV and LV solid state rectifiers, I decided to install a Harbach universal soft start module. I wanted to have more time delay before the soft start resistors are bypassed by the relays on the board. I show how I have connected the board for testing purposes right now. I’ve decided to use 25 ohm 10 watt resistors which is good for my 120v line voltage. Your application could be different. Be sure to install a three wire grounded cord - Safety First !!!

    I'm thinking of looking into acquiring this model receiver, i just uploaded a Hallicracfters SX-25 that I'm working on, wondering how much of a difference this receiver vs the SX25. Thanks!
