New Sensitive Electrostatic Polarity Detector

I made a new electrostatic polarity detector.
Sensitivity has been improved compared to the previous version.
The output from the FDS8958A was amplified using a transistor.
Another advantage is that the anode and cathode sensitivities are approximately the same.
The previous version had much higher anode sensitivity.

    Hi Thomas! I love this circuit. I have built quite a few of these static detectors based on the first series you shared years ago. I would love to try and build this new version as well... I follow this build up until the end where you have an additional 2 capacitors added into the circuit... If you don't mind me asking, what capacitance value are those and where in the circuit are you connecting those? Thank you again for the inspiration! Cheers!
