I respect your decision also don't mods fall under Parodys also if could you make a new channel for mods so your main channel doesnt get nuked

While it sucks that modded Nintendo content is now very limited, I can understand where they are coming from (from a business perspective). The best solution for everyone- Nintendo, content creators and modders alike- will likely be to integrate a modding system on the next console, so that any of their future triple-A games can be modded without having to use an emulator. It might be really difficult to actually implement, but I like to think that this could be why the successor to the Switch has taken so long to come out of the woodwork.
