  • I just wanted to point out that you should extend your first two strides and and your last three strides should be quick when approaching the bar. I also noticed that you were leaning into the bar, when you do high jump you should drive your knee up and jump vertical and once your knee reaches over the bar then you should start the arching phase. 1:54 you didn't even leave the ground yet and your leaning into the bar. If the bar was higher you would surely hit it
